Susana was born in Mexico and came to the United States in 1997 to learn English and study. Her studies took her to various places of the country like Nevada, Texas,California and New York. From an early age she discovered her passion for helping people and worked with homeless students and their families most of her career. Upon finishing her degree in Texas, she moved to New York City to continue her studies and held senior leadership positions in government. Susana became the leader of the homeless education program in NYC, the largest school district in the nation. She created new systems, policies and procedures to increase awareness in schools, which helped homeless students access more support services than ever before. In 2012, Susana earned her certification as a life Coach specializing in Law of Attraction coaching to empower herself and help other women to do the same.
