Traci Bild, health care sales and customer service expert, is proud to announce the huge success of her senior housing and health care super-conference held on April 1st and 2nd in Chicago, Ill. 

Orlando, Fla. – April 16, 2009 – Traci Bild, best selling author and expert in growing sales and customer service, is proud to announce the overwhelming success of the first-ever senior housing conference fully dedicated to helping improve facility selling and marketing methods, improve public perception of senior housing, and increase senior housing occupancy and revenue.  This Super-Conference was held on April 1st -2nd, 2009 in Chicago, Illinois, and hosted senior housing and health care customer service providers from across the country.

Traci Bild is known by hundreds of senior housing owners, operators, administrators and marketing directors across the country that have broken company occupancy records as a result of her training systems.  The conference was a two-day, information filled, event that brought together industry leaders in the Assisted Living, Independent Living, Continuing Care Retirement Communities and Skilled Nursing industries. 

Guest experts included Bill Rancic, advisor to Donald Trump and season one winner of the hit television show The Apprentice, who covered topics such as “How to manage and lead your team in times of uncertainty – educate, motivate, activate, and author, trainer and speaker, Donna Cutting.  Donna spoke on “How to Deliver Red Carpet Customer Service to Your Staff and Residents!” 

One of the focuses of this super-conference was the present and future challenge for these industries regarding the generational shift of those looking to utilize senior housing, assisted living facilities and retirement communities.  The Baby Boomer generation will quickly become one of the largest generational groups needing these services.  With this generational shift comes a new set of lifestyle expectations, requiring a different approach to the consumer experience.
