Seattle Personal Injury Lawyer, Jason Epstein, To Teach Critical Trial Skills for Legal Services Attorneys

Jason Epstein, Seattle Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Lawyer and Founder of Straight Talk Law, will be teaching critical trial skills for a group of legal services attorneys at the University of Washington School of Law. 

Seattle, Wash. – March 18, 2010 – Seattle personal injury and auto accident lawyer, Jason Epstein, will be teaching trial skills to legal service attorneys on March 27th at The University of Washington School of Law.  This class is Co-sponsored by the ABA Government & Public Sector Lawyers Division and in cooperation with the University of Washington School of Law. 

Jason Epstein, the founder of Straight Talk Law, will be speaking on several topics including developing a theme, introduction and use of exhibits, direct and cross-examination, impeachment, opening statements, closing arguments, among others.  This class will be modeled on the National Institute for Trial Advocacy format, with emphasis on student performance, faculty critique, and video review. 

This is an opportunity for me to share the methods of trial skills that I have learned from Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy with those who work in legal services and may not have access to those methods.  It is an honor to be selected to help train these other lawyers,” remarked Jason Epstein.
