Retirement Resources President and Investment Advisor, David Boike, expresses his excitement and enthusiasm for the Thanksgiving holiday and shares that he attempts to make every day a day of thanksgiving.
Auburn Hills, MI — November 20, 2018— David Boike, President of Retirement Resources and co-author of The Ultimate Success Guide with Brian Tracy published a new blog post on the company website entitled, “Thanksgiving Every Day,” in which Mr. Boike admits that the upcoming holiday is his favorite.
Boike writes, “In my humble opinion it is one of the most beautiful events when the entire country takes time out to gather with family and friends around an abundant meal simply to express thankfulness for all the good in life.” He continues, “Thanksgiving is my all-time favorite holiday. In fact, I love it so much I try to act like every day is Thanksgiving.” As an aside he states, “No, I don’t ask my wife to cook a turkey dinner every day, though she is so amazing I’m sure she would if I asked!”
Boike points out, “The food is of course special and perfect for the season. However, it is the gratitude that I make my best efforts to carry through each day.”
“Our ancestors are truly what Thanksgiving is about,” Boike says. “Those who paved the way for the rest of us,” writes Boike, “like our families do are the ones to whom we really owe our thanks.”
