Retirement Resources President, Dave Boike, Encourages A Well Thought Out Plan For What Could Be The
Retirement Resources President and Investment Advisor, Dave Boike, suggests that more people plan for a “once-in-a-lifetime vacation” rather than planning for what usually ends up being the longest vacation that happens when they retire.
Auburn Hills, MI – May 5, 2022 – Dave Boike, President of Retirement Resources and co-author of The Ultimate Success Guide with Brian Tracy published a new blog post on the company website entitled “It’s Time To Plan For The Longest, Most Fulfilling Vacation Of Your Life,” in which Mr. Boike encourages early and regular attention to a financial retirement plan.
As Boike notes, “We are approaching summertime and that typically means vacation time.” He goes on to add, “However, the past couple of summers have been more about stay-cations rather than vacating one’s hometown. As a financial planner,” he adds, “I’m always surprised at how much time, thought and detailed energy most people put into planning what may be a “once-in-a-lifetime vacation” and how little time they devote to planning what could and should turn out to be the longest and best vacation of their lives: Retirement.”
According to Boike, “Most people will scrimp and save throughout the year, or sometimes for a year or two, to take one unforgettable vacation. Yet, let me point out that by establishing a long-term financial plan, you could have your cake and eat it too, so to speak”
