Bruno Serato, one of “CNN’s 10 Heroes of the Year,” will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading experts from various industries to release the new book, “Boom!”

Anaheim, CA – December 10, 2014 – Bruno Serato, Internationally renown restaurateur and Founder of charitable organization Caterina’s Club, has joined a select group of entrepreneurs from around the world, along with international best-selling author and keynote speaker Mark Victor Hansen (Chicken Soup for the Soul), to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Boom!: The World’s Leading Entrepreneurs and Professionals Reveal Their Secrets to Improving Your Health, Wealth and Lifestyle Through Their Explosive Techniques. Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., the leading agents to Celebrity Experts® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ imprint.

It’s the quintessential American success story.  A young man immigrates to the United States with nothing more than a dream and $200 in his pocket, works hard and creates one of the culinary world’s most respected and lauded fine dining establishments — the Anaheim White House — with Presidents, royalty and A-list celebrities among his loyal guests.  However, it’s his charity work that has fueled his international celebrity.

In homage to his own humble beginnings, Serato has made it a priority to give back to those less fortunate in the community.  In honor of his mother, he founded Caterina’s Club in 2005, an organization dedicated to making sure the region’s most vulnerable population – its children — receive a hot meal before they are tucked into bed each evening.  Seven nights a week he prepares dinner that is transported to 1,000 “motel and underprivileged kids,” thus named because their poverty stricken parents are unable to afford more permanent housing.  In addition, he has begun placing some of these families into homes by helping them overcome the major stumbling block – coming up with the security deposit and first and last month’s rent.

Serato’s extreme generosity has earned him worldwide status.  He was named one of CNN’s 10 Heroes of the Year and been featured in magazines (People, Elle, Vogue, Riviera), television (“CBS Evening News,” CNN, Univision) and newspapers (New York Times, Los Angeles Times, OC Register) countless times.  He was honored on the steps of the U.S. Capitol with a humanitarian award, given a star on the Anaheim Walk of Stars, and received any number of proclamations, Man of the Year awards and other forms of recognition.  Perhaps his highest honor was being knighted by the Italian Government, thus earning him the title, Sir Bruno Serato.

Today, he continues to run his highly successful Italian steakhouse and extends his generosity to many other nonprofits besides Caterina’s Club.  He even earned national attention when he donated formal dinners accommodating 100 guests to 200 different nonprofits. While his prowess in the kitchen knows no bounds, so too does his generosity.

The royalties earned from Boom! will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes. The book is tentatively scheduled for release in Spring 2015.
