REO Expert and Founder of REO RESQ™, Frank Patrick, Says Demand For Field Service Companies To Increase

Frank Patrick, founder of property preservation franchise REO RESQ™, says that demand for property preservation contractors or “trash out companies” will increase in late 2009 and beyond, due to expected increase in foreclosures.

Scottsdale, Ariz. – July 28, 2009 – According to Frank Patrick, one of the country’s top REO (Real Estate Owned/Bank Foreclosure) experts, a new onslaught of hundreds of thousands of foreclosures are destined to hit the market in the final half of 2009 and beyond.  This onslaught of new foreclosure properties, referred to as REO properties by industry insiders, will create a strong demand for field service companies, property preservation contractors, and trash out businesses.

From November of 2008 to June of 2009, new foreclosure numbers decreased, due mostly to the nationwide foreclosure moratorium.  Since the moratorium has been lifted, lenders are now foreclosing on an increasing number of properties each week.

“As a new huge tidal wave of foreclosures hits the market, lenders will be looking for reliable property preservation companies that specialize in re-keying, debris removal, lawn maintenance, etc.” remarked Frank Patrick.  “Keeping these REO properties in good shape and maintaining their value will be a top priority for the lenders.  This is the perfect time for trash out businesses across the country,” continued Patrick.

In addition to being the founder of the property preservation franchise REO RESQ™, Frank Patrick is also the founder of American Society of REO Specialists™ (ASREOS). Patrick has recently been featured in Newsweek and USA Today for his expertise and success in the REO Sales and REO agent training industry.
