Catherine Kaufer and Brian Kissinger will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading real estate experts from around the country to release the book, “Ultimate Home Buyers Guide.”

Orlando, Fla. –October 25, 2012 – Catherine Kaufer, Real Estate Professional, and Brian Kissinger, creator of the HoM SaF System™  and COO of ARIA Management Group, joined a select group of the America’s leading real estate experts, along with noted real estate professionals and coaches, Jay Kinder and Michael Reese, to co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Ultimate Home Buyers Guide: The Nations Leading Expert Advisors Reveal Their Secrets of Success for Buying Right in Any Market.”  Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Catherine Kaufer has been a Real Estate Broker since 1998 in Northern California. After 11 years of being a Top-Producing Real Estate Broker in the San Francisco Bay Area, in 2008, she noticed that traditional real estate was becoming ineffective. She felt she needed to change with the market and re-evolve as a broker to provide creative ethical solutions for her clients.  Being very sensitive and determined to help people resolve their different situations, she invested herself in more comprehensive education, as well as to be coached and associate herself with world-renowned professionals.  With this knowledge and application, she was better equipped to provide solutions – from the distressed homeowner to the savvy investor.  Her heart is wired to be of service to people, and to direct and guide her clients with solutions that best fit their needs.

After spending ten years in the electronics manufacturing industry as CEO of Epitech and a director of National Manufacturing Technology, Brian Kissinger became a part-time real estate investor in 1999. During the economic collapse of 2008, he assisted a friend with the modification of his defaulted mortgage.  He encountered the same convoluted corrupt system that was foreclosing on millions of American families. Because of the successful IPO of National Manufacturing Technology, Brian was intimately aware of SEC regulations and Securitization Procedures.

This experience combined with his knowledge of real estate transaction procedures, conveyances and chain of title assignment legalities, led to the creation of the HoM SaF System and ARIA Management Group.

“The Ultimate Home Buyers Guide” features top advice and practices from the leading real estate experts from across the globe that has been crucial to their success in the real estate industry. The authors cover a variety of topics and share from their experience: choosing the right agent to represent you, handling short sales, why buying and selling strategies are important, referrals, contracts and negotiations, and how to avoid common mistakes when buying or selling real estate. The book is expected to be published in early 2013.
