Real Estate Expert Shomail Malik Talks Pre-Buying House Inspections For Investors
Shomail Malik, best-selling author and founder of the Real Estate Wealth Academy and Strategic Realty Solutions, says you don’t need all the inspections, but you may need more than you think.
Somerset, NJ – March 14, 2014 – Shomail Malik, real estate expert, founder of the Real Estate Wealth Academy and member of the Real Estate Solutions Team (REST), posted a new blog post on The Real Estate Wealth Academy website, titled “Call the Arborist! And Other Inspectors.” Real Estate Investors have to protect their investment by doing due diligence, which means hiring inspectors to investigate everything from foundation cracks to popcorn ceilings.
Malik says, “Many first-time real estate investors are so excited to start flipping houses that they cut short their due diligence, overlooking major and minor defects that can significantly impact their bottom lines. Don’t get caught off guard, but don’t feel like you have to have every single type of inspector sign off on the project either.”
