Bowie, Md. – April 16 2012 – Sherman Ragland, Dean of The Realinvestors’ Academy ®, has joined a select group of the world’s leading experts from a variety of industries, along with internationally renowned investment guru, Robert Allen, and author of New York Times Best Seller “Multiple Streams of Income” to co-write the forthcoming book titled, New Rules Of The Game: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Top Secrets To Winning Big In Business And Life. Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Prior to founding The Realinvestors’ Academy ®, he was involved in over $1.2 billion worth of real estate projects, including representing the federal government in the sale of over $500 million in real estate assets as an RTC and FDIC Asset Disposition Contractor, and the D.C. government in the sale of the land for the Newseum. Sherman also worked for D.C.-based developers responsible for developing over 3,000 acres of land and three office buildings.

More importantly, he have been personally involved in over $30 million in real estate projects in the greater D.C. region, and in the process earned the coveted CCIM designation from the Certified Commercial Institute of the National Association of Realtors.
