Lars Hedenborg, Charlotte real estate expert, has signed a publishing deal with CelebrityPress, a leading business book publishing company, along with other leading real estate experts to release “The New Rise in Real Estate.”

Charlotte, NC – February 15, 2012 – Lars Hedenborg, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Experts, has signed a publishing deal to contribute to the forthcoming book titled, The New Rise in Real Estate: The Nation’s Trusted Real Estate Advisors Reveal Their Top Secrets for Buying and Selling Homes in the New Real Estate Economy. Mr. Hedenborg and a select group of America’s leading real estate professionals and members of the National Association of Expert Advisors have joined together with noted real estate experts and coaches, Jay Kinder and Michael Reese, to co-write the much-anticipated book. Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ imprint.

Before starting in real estate sales in 2007, Lars worked in various corporate roles including engineering project management for a utility company, corporate finance analyst for an NYC investment bank and acquisitions & strategic planning for an aerospace company. In 4 short years, Lars achieved Hall of Fame status with RE/MAX by earning in excess of $2M in gross commissions. Lars currently leads a team of agents with combined 2011 production expected to be in excess of 175 sides and $45M in volume.  There are 2 Listing Partners, 5 Buyer Specialists, 2 Inside Sales Agents (1 Buyer and 1 Seller) and 3 Admin (Listing Mgr, Closing Coordinator and Marketing Mgr).
