Bill Morgner was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas.  Graduating from Dallas Christian College, he pursued his passion for being of service and inspiring others as a Youth and Music Minister at Castle Hills Christian Church.  Always desiring ways to expand himself, Bill went back to school and obtained his license to be an Adjuster in the State of Texas and went to work for USAA Insurance Company in 1992.  After several promotions with increasing responsibility, Bill ultimately found himself working as an Assistant Vice President over the Pacific Division for AIG Personal Lines Insurance Companies servicing claims for AIG Mass Marketing, Inc. and AIG Agency Auto.  Bill’s job involved growing his Division from a start of 33 Staff in one office, expanding to over 380 staff in 12 locations across California, Oregon and Washington within two years.

His ability to connect with people, coupled with his talents in Leadership and Strategic Planning, helped him be successful in navigating the hyper-growth his Group experienced.  Bill is characterized as a man that leads from his heart while working to achieve exceptional results.  Bill is a Broker Associate for HomeSmart Professionals (The Morgner Group) in Palm Springs, CA and recently completed (2012) his MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
