Professional Boxer and Personal Trainer Daryl Salmon Featured on ABC on The World Fitness Elite Show
Daryl Salmon recently appeared as the focus of the TV show, World Fitness Elite. The show was seen on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX network affiliates around the country.
Miami Beach, FL – October 31, 2012 – Professional Boxer and Personal Trainer, Daryl Salmon, was recently an expert guest on the TV show “World Fitness Elite.” The show was seen on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX network affiliates around the country. “World Fitness Elite” was filmed in Orlando, FL and was hosted by Emmy Award winning Director and Producer Nick Nanton.
“World Fitness Elite” features segments featuring some of the best health and fitness experts from around the world. Mr. Salmon was a recent guest, discussing his transition from professional boxer to helping others achieve their fitness goals. “I knew I couldn’t box for the rest of my life,” said Daryl. “I still do for enjoyment and to stay in shape, but now my passion is training others to be fit.”
Growing up, Daryl was an amateur boxer and football player. Heading to college and lacking the physical size to be a college football player, Daryl pursued his other passion, boxing. Daryl compiled a record of 16 straight wins as a professional boxer touring the world. Daryl competed in matches in several countries including France, Africa, Bulgaria and Germany.
In 2008, Daryl received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Fitness Management. Daryl has since pursued a career in the field of fitness. He recently finished his certification in International Sports Science Association (ISSA).
Daryl is currently a Personal Trainer at Normandy Gym in Miami Beach, Florida.
