Attorney David Stoddard is a trial lawyer. He has spent his entire 25-year career litigating cases in courtrooms throughout South Carolina. His current practice focuses on cases involving personal injury, criminal defense, family law, Social Security Disability, and employment discrimination.
Attorney Stoddard has extensive experience in civil litigation and criminal litigation, both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney. He began his career as a prosecutor for the 10th Judicial Circuit. From 1986 through 1994, David prosecuted serious felonies, including murder cases, rape cases, drug cases and white-collar crime. Attorney Stoddard left the Solicitor’s Office in 1994 and went into practice with the firm Waldrep & Stoddard. While at the firm, David mainly represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Stoddard left the firm to start his own practice in 2006.
