Utica, NY, November 30, 2014: Personal Injury attorney Eva Brindisi Pearlman, partner at the Law Offices Brindisi, Murad, Brindisi & Pearlman has posted a new article on the law offices website entitled “You Can Never Be … Too Over-insured.” Acknowledging the unrest her title may cause the now deceased Duchess of Windsor, Ms. Pearlman only wants to make an important point. To this end she writes, “Simply consider what would happen if you were severely injured in an automobile accident with someone who has no insurance or has minimal coverage. The effects could be devastating. In this case you can never be too over-insured.”

Pearlman points to a lack of understanding of the importance of this type of coverage by the insurance companies stating, “Most insurance providers do not discuss uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage when selling auto insurance.
