Sandy Olson, Speaker and Owner of Pathway to Success, a motivational company tells readers that the quality of an employer can be seen in the quality of employees they attract.

Frederick, MD – February 20, 2018 – Sandy Olson, owner and speaker with Pathway to Success, a motivational company, recently published a new blog titled “Are You A Beloved or Bad Boss” on her website in which Ms. Olson offers a few ideas for the final days during the month of love.

Olson writes, “As we wind up the month of love, I can’t help but wonder how many employers would receive Valentine’s Day cards from their employees if this were an appropriate gesture in the workplace” She adds, “Love notes aside, there are other ways of knowing whether one is a good or bad boss.”

Olson points out, “No one wants a bad boss. And no boss really wants to be a bad boss.” She poses a question, “How do you know if you are a good bass or a bad boss?” Olson’s answer, “You can tell by the caliber of employees you attract”.

According to Olson, “Whether you are a small business or large, if you attract and keep top talent, chances are you are a boss who is available, engaged and committed to enhancing the lives of those who choose to spend their days working for you.” And as she points out, “That means you are a good boss.”
