Ray is also finishing up her final two courses that will complete her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. This accomplishment will help her pursue other interests outside of the coaching platform such as Chaplaincy in the Army Reserves and leadership over a large organization. Ray’s experience generates a unique combination of expertise that includes over 16 years of substantial leadership experience. She has traveled across 39 States and 9 countries, including assignments in Korea, Fort Hood, and at the Pentagon.
