Honolulu, HI– September 25, 2015 – Lance Luke has joined Brian Tracy and a select group of experts and professionals to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Beat the Curve with Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., the leading agents to Celebrity Experts® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ imprint.
Lance Luke has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He is a former general contractor and worked as a construction and project manager for real estate development companies. Currently he owns an independent construction management company. He has experience in design, home inspections, construction inspections, construction management, reserve studies and real estate development. His specialty is in inspection and construction management for condo association buildings and commercial properties. Recent types of projects worked on include concrete spalling repair, painting, roofing, waterproofing, asphalt resurfacing, plumbing re-piping, electrical retrofit and structural wood repair. He provides construction oversight and progress inspections for residential and commercial projects.
Lance Luke serves as an expert witness on construction and real estate litigation cases. He is an Advisory Board Member for the State of Hawaii Regulated Industries Complaints Office, as an expert consultant. His expertise is helping to resolve complaints filed with the Contractors’ License Board.
He has written numerous articles on construction and inspection, which are published in both local and national print media. He conducts up to six presentations a year to the construction, real estate and property management industry including educational seminars.
Beat The Curve is tentatively scheduled for release in late 2015.
