Jason Epstein, Washington Wrongful Death Lawyer, Releases New Book on Washington Wrongful Death Titled “In Case of Death.”

Jason Epstein, Seattle-Based Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Lawyer and Founder of Straight Talk Law, is announcing the release of his new book “In Case of Death: Straight Talk on Washington Wrongful Death.”

Seattle, Wash. – April 22, 2010 – Jason Epstein, Seattle Personal Injury and auto accident lawyer, has recently published a new book called “In Case of Death: Straight Talk on Washington Wrongful Death.”  This book, co-written with Patrick Kang, is a helpful guide for anyone who has lost a loved one because of someone else’s negligent or wrongful conduct.  Jason Epstein and Patrick Kang are partners at Premier Law Group PLLC in Seattle. They have handled thousands of Seattle personal injury cases, including many Washington wrongful death claims.

“Losing a loved one is one of the most devastating and difficult realities of life. This is especially true if the death was at the hands of someone else, or because of someone else’s mistake or carelessness. There are so many confusing questions about what to do and where to turn for help,” wrote Epstein.

This comprehensive new book was written because Jason and Patrick believe that “it is a lawyer’s duty to assist people by giving good, useful, and helpful information in their moments of need. Most of all, we believe in not using language that is difficult to understand.”  Some of the chapters in the book include: “How Does a Wrongful Death Claim Work,” “Do You Really Need an Attorney,” “How to Choose the Right Attorney for Your Case,” “Insider Secrets” and “Beware of These Warning Signs,” among others.

Jason Epstein founded Straight Talk Law to provide a series of legal guides meant to empower accident victims and those looking for a lawyer.  Straight Talk Law prides itself on providing the unfiltered truth about lawyer advertising, an informative website and blog, a new way to practice law where the lawyer communicates pertinent information directly to the client in an easy-to-understand way, and a law practice where lawyers share information with those who need it, and work on their clients’ case in an open, easy to understand way through effective communication.
