Jason Epstein, Seattle Auto Accident Lawyer, Recently Completed Trial Lawyers College Training With Gerry Spence

Jason Epstein, Washington-Based Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Lawyer and Founder of Straight Talk Law, is announcing the completion of Trial Lawyers College program in Dubois, Wyoming.

Seattle, Wash. – November 11, 2009 – Jason Epstein, Seattle Personal Injury and auto accident lawyer, has recently completed a 3½ week long training course, The Trial Lawyers College, with revered, nationally recognized trial lawyer, Gerry Spence.  The Trial Lawyers College, a non-profit [501(c)(3)] organization, is dedicated to training and educating lawyers and judges who are committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals; the poor, the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless, the defenseless and the damned, and to protecting the rights of such people from corporate and government oppression. In all of its activities, the Trial Lawyers College fosters and nourishes an open atmosphere of caring for people regardless of their race, age, creed, religion, national origin, physical abilities, gender or sexual orientation. They do not offer training for those lawyers who represent government, corporations or large business interests.

Jason Epstein said, “I spent over 3 weeks on a ranch in the middle of nowhere, Wyoming, with some of the best personal injury and criminal defense lawyers in the country.  What happened to me on that ranch was truly magical.  Working with Gerry Spence and all of the other top-notch personal injury lawyers changed my perspective.  Each case has a client, and each client has a story. My job is to tell that story to the jury in a way that helps them understand what my client went through, and is continuing to go through.”

“I have no doubt that my time at the Trial Lawyers College has made me a better personal injury attorney, and it has left me better able to show a jury the true human story behind my clients and their cases, whether they be auto accidents or wrongful death,” continued Epstein.

Jason Epstein founded Straight Talk Law to provide a series of legal guides meant to empower accident victims and those looking for a lawyer.  Straight Talk Law prides itself on providing the unfiltered truth about lawyer advertising, an informative website and blog, a new way to practice law where the lawyer communicates pertinent information directly to the client in an easy-to-understand way, and a law practice where lawyers share information with those who need it, and work on their clients’ case in an open, easy to understand way through effective communication.
