Cedar Rapids, IA – April 1, 2013 – Pressley Henningsen, of RSH Legal Riccolo, Semelroth & Henningsen, PC, was recently an expert guest on The Consumer’s Advocate television show. The show, filmed in Washington, DC, was recently featured on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX network affiliates around the country.

“The Consumer’s Advocate” features an interview format with host Ben Glass, noted attorney and legal expert, interviewing experts on consumer driven topics from across the country. Pressley Henningsen was one of the show’s recent guests, discussing how he does not sugarcoat his words with clients, insurance corporations, or juries. Pressley believes in honest and direct communication with all listeners and the focus must always be the heart of the case.

Mr. Henningsen spends most of his time on three kinds of cases: Nursing Home Neglect, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation. He enjoys each kind of case as they give him a different perspective on how he can help people in need, and possibly make a change in his community for the good.

Having developed a litigation practice at a previous law firm, Pressley joined RSH Legal Riccolo, Semelroth & Henningsen, PC as a shareholder in 2005.
