About Georgi Gunchev:

Georgi Gunchev started in insurance and sales in AIG Life Bulgaria in February 2001. In the next two months, March and April, he reached the highest premium income and the biggest sales, even larger than the entire premium of the biggest sales managers with sales force of more than 20 agents. Immediately spotted by the management of the company the following month, he began to conduct training. He was the only agent who was invited to conduct trainings. Trainings are initial training and sales trainings for agents and sales managers. He doesn’t lead the training on standard frameworks drawn from the company. He makes the trainings on his own, and they have been very successful. The company reported that he has the highest results in the initial training, compared with the results of other trainers. Georgi marked the highest attendance in sales trainings for existing agents and managers, almost two times higher compared to attendance in led by other managers and trainers. He led the rankings with the highest premium income for 2001, exceeding the second and third place positions by several times their totals.

In 2002, he achieved the highest premium income again, although he served six months in the army (at that time military service in Bulgaria is mandatory). In 2003, Georgi started Allianz Bulgaria. In the first six months, the company became second in Bulgaria and 45th in Europe (in premium income). Professional challenge sent him to work with Luka Dokov – a legend in Insurance in Bulgaria and abroad. (Luka Dokov is one of the 50 world’s insurance specialist recorded in the Directory of “Lloyd’s of London” in 1970s.)

Georgi began work at a newly created company, which first received a license for health insurance in Bulgaria. Of course, again the largest premium is his merit. In fact, virtually the entire premium income of the company for the first six months was only due to his work. He worked for a year for Peter Schiffer, again in direct sales.

Since 01.07.2011, Georgi has returned to insurance at Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group. With only six months of sales in 2011, he has the largest premium income for the year. Georgi had the highest premium income in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Georgi is a member of The Bulgarian Psychological Society and a member of The National Association of Experts, Writers and Speakers^® (NAEWS) in USA. He is a member of The Professional Speaking Association (PSA) in UK and Ireland.
