Eric Penaranda will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading experts from around the world to release the book, “The Ultimate Success Guide”

Orlando, Fla. – February 8, 2013 – Eric Penaranda has joined a select group of the world’s leading experts, along with noted business development expert, best-selling author and speaker, Brian Tracy, co-write the forthcoming book titled, “The Ultimate Success Guide: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Success in Business and in Life.” Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Currently Eric is an associate within the Industrial Services Group of CBRE, Inc. where he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Central Florida commercial real estate market. Prior to joining CBRE, Eric provided leasing services for over 1 million square feet of industrial real estate from 2009 to 2012. From 2001 to 2009 he developed and constructed over 3 million square feet of real estate and successfully negotiated over $500 million in project contracts. Eric was also recently featured in Newsweek Magazine as one of America’s PremierExperts®.

As an innovative entrepreneur Eric also owns and operates a seasonal Christmas tree business in Winter Park, Fla. whereby he has successfully built and maintained a brand that is well known for delivering a quality product with a focus on superior service.

“The Ultimate Success Guide” will feature proven secrets and strategies that these successful leaders have employed to achieve success. As a guide, it is always useful to look at philosophies that successful leaders propose to move you towards your goal of success. They will discuss their accomplishments for your guidance. The royalties from this project will be given to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes. The book is expected to be published in May 2013.
