Paula Bullard will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading experts from around the world to release the book, “Home Staging Secrets”

Orlando, Fla. – January 7, 2013 – Paula Bullard has joined a select group of the world’s leading home staging experts co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Home Staging Secrets: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Getting Maximum Value for Your Home with Minimal Effort.” Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Paula has a full-service staging company. She and her staff believe that every property owner selling their home will benefit from a great selling presentation. Launched in 2012 in the Netherlands, Paula is one of the first Home Stagers to receive the national accreditation of “Keurmerkstylist Vastgoed”. To further the advancement of the profession of Staging and the accreditation (www.Keurmerkstylist.nl), Paula volunteers her time, working in the organization’s national commission, together with other styling professionals. She is a member of CRISP, the branch organization for Dutch staging and interior professionals as well as the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) in the United States.

Prior to becoming a business owner, Paula worked in real estate in her early career and spent more than 15 years introducing dozens of innovative products in the high tech sector as a marketing manager.

“Home Staging Secrets” will feature proven secrets and strategies to help both real estate agents and homeowners get houses ready for sale. They go ‘way past’ the old standby sales advice to transport your house to a new level of sales readiness and marketability – one that appeals to a broader range of buyers – with the specific goal of selling it in a shorter time for a higher price. The book is expected to be published in April 2013.
