Toronto, Ontario. – January 7, 2013 – Monica Stanciu, Founder and Principal Decorator at Staged 2 Sell Solutions Inc., has joined a select group of the world’s leading home staging experts co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Home Staging Secrets: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Getting Maximum Value for Your Home with Minimal Effort.” Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

After a successful career in chemical engineering and marketing, Monica left the corporate world and enrolled in the CSP Staging training program. She started her own staging business, Staged 2 sell Solutions Inc. in 2007. Since then, her company has helped sell over 400 million worth of real estate.

Monica Stanciu is Master™ of Real Estate Staging and a CSPI Approved Mentor. Her dedication to the CSPI mentoring program brought her the CSPI 2012 Mentor of the Year Award. Monica is also the recipient, two years in a row, of one of the most coveted awards in the staging industry: 2013 & 2012 RESA Professional Stager of the Year- Canada Award. “Home Staging Secrets” will feature proven secrets and strategies to help both real estate agents and homeowners get houses ready for sale. They go ‘way past’ the old standby sales advice to transport your house to a new level of sales readiness and marketability – one that appeals to a broader range of buyers – with the specific goal of selling it in a shorter time for a higher price. The book is expected to be published in April 2013.
