Loren Angel will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading experts from around the world to release the book, “Home Staging Secrets”

Los Angeles, Calif. – January 7, 2013 – Loren Angel, certified staging professional consultant (CSP), has joined a select group of the world’s leading home staging experts co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Home Staging Secrets: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Getting Maximum Value for Your Home with Minimal Effort.” Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Loren is a CSP who helps homeowners, investors and builders to prepare their property in a short time and maximize their return. With a background in interior and graphic design, art, construction, and with experience in the moving industry, she established ‘Art of an Angel’ – a one stop shop green, earth friendly company who recycle, re-use and re-purpose.

In 2011 Loren received her ‘Turnaround Business of the Year’ award from CSPI, Canada. With ongoing education, Loren received her color consultation certification and in addition took CSPI Feng Shui and Floral design classes and working towards her CSPI Masters of Real Estate Staging designation. As a CSP member, RESA member, a RESA-Pro, and as an active member of the Los Angeles West Valley RESA chapter, Loren and “Art of an Angel” are committed under a specific code of ethics.

“Home Staging Secrets” will feature proven secrets and strategies to help both real estate agents and homeowners get houses ready for sale. They go ‘way past’ the old standby sales advice to transport your house to a new level of sales readiness and marketability – one that appeals to a broader range of buyers – with the specific goal of selling it in a shorter time for a higher price. The book is expected to be published in April 2013.
