Victoria Grove, health care systems expert, will team with CelebrityPress, a leading business book publishing company, and several leading experts from around the world to release the book, “More. Better.”

Orlando, Fla. – November 5, 2012 – Victoria Grove has joined a select group of the world’s leading experts from a variety of industries to co-write the forthcoming book titled, “More.Better.: The World’s Leading Experts Reveal How to Get More Out of Business and Life With Better Results.” Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Her interest in helping people to get better health care began years ago, first through her observations at work.  Later, she became even more resolute after hearing many stories from people who had received ineffective treatment.  Some had been turned away from medical providers with no help for their suffering.  She has studied these issues and is working on a web site to serve as a resource for people who need help in this area.

She worked in the health care field for twenty-five years, first while attending the Universities of Iowa and Minnesota, then as a full time clinic administrator, group problem solving trainer and health care management consultant. She also spent time doing complex freelance work for an eminent psychologist.  This led to the creation of a small business “Ducks On A Roll,” which involved working with other professionals.

Finding a challenge in identifying institutional problems and implementing effective solutions, Victoria has been working on ways to help people navigate the complex health care system.  Too many people are harmed by the medical system which exists to help them.  Communication is an area that is often implicated in unexpected poor results.  Many of these errors can be avoided by using simple communication strategies.  She is an advocate for improving health care outcomes.

“More.Better.” features an inspiring collection of stories from experts as they discuss both the pitfalls they experienced as well as the methods they used, to achieve their success. The authors come from an eclectic mix of expertise with financial, marketing, athletics, teaching, and leadership and mindset-coaching backgrounds.   The book is currently scheduled to release in January 2013.

During the years 2003-2008 she wrote and published poetry which resulted in several published poems, a listing in Who’s Who in International Poetry in 2004 and 2012 and a second-place win in an international poetry-writing contest.
