Springtown, TX – January 21, 2019 – Adrian Dragoman, Founder of Grizzly Homes, Inc. and co-author of the best-selling book, Cracking the Code to Success, recently posted a new blog on his website entitled, “The Rise of Insulated Concrete Forms,” In the blog, dragoman explains insulated concrete form homes and how they came about.

Dragoman writes, “The global ICF market is predicted to grow by 11 percent annually through 2021, with 55 percent of ICF buildings being constructed in the residential sector.

Between 2002 and 2010, 12,000 new ICF homes were built each year, accounting for 750 percent growth in the residential market, according to the National Association of Home Builders Research Sector.”

He continues to explain how insulated concrete form homes have become so popular and how they possess many characteristics that builders and homeowners love as well as being rated to withstand tornado and hurricane force winds up to 250 miles per hour.
