Isaac Ho, Fitness Professional and Boot Camp Instructor, recently appeared as the focus of the TV show, World Fitness Elite. The show was seen on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX network affiliates around the country.

Tacoma, WA – February 3, 2013 – Fitness Professional, Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Instructor, Isaac Ho, was recently an expert guest on the TV show “World Fitness Elite.” The show was seen on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX network affiliates around the country.  “World Fitness Elite” was filmed in Orlando, FL and was hosted by Emmy Award winning Director and Producer Nick Nanton.

“World Fitness Elite” features segments featuring some of the best health and fitness experts from around the world.  Mr. Ho was a recent guest, discussing how he is helping people realize their health and fitness goals by developing personalized unique programs to fit each person’s need.

Growing up, Isaac was overweight. Instead of being involved in sports, Isaac spent his time playing piano and reading. Summer of 8th grade, Isaac started going to the gym and lost weight. Now smaller, Isaac was still lacking strength and muscles. In an attempt to deal with bullies, Isaac turned to learning martial arts. His love for the sport grew and he began competing.

Through his practice of martial arts, Isaac realized he could train others. He began his training career at large gyms where he quickly realized his passion for training and his ability to offer more to his clients. Isaac opened BeFit Tacoma to create the kind of gym that wasn’t around. At BeFit Tacoma, Isaac trains members in small groups, tailoring the program to fit each person individually.
