Charlotte, NC – August 20, 2014 – Jim Heafner, President of Heafner Financial Solutions, Inc., was recently featured as a guest on the TV show “America’s PremierExperts®.” The show, filmed in Orlando, FL, was seen on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX network affiliates around the country.  “America’s PremierExperts®” features an interview format, with host Nick Nanton interviewing some of the best business, marketing and financial minds from around the world.

Jim grew up in Lincolnton, NC. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with honors and an MBA, he worked in Manhattan, Los Angeles and Baltimore before settling in Charlotte.

Jim began his career as an entrepreneur, founding and building the nation’s largest chain of fitness equipment stores. After selling the business, he helped Nautilus, Inc. open its consumer products dealer network, as Director of Dealer Sales for the US and Canada, then consulted with Galyan’s (now Dick’s Sporting Goods) to upgrade its fitness department. He loved spreading the benefits of fitness, but saw the potential to make an immediate impact on generations by helping people make smart financial decisions. He joined a Wall Street brokerage/insurance firm, then left to start his own business to focus on Retirement Planning.
