Founder and Executive Director of I Am a Force4Good®, Brenda Schubach gives encouragement and success tips to those launching into an “I Am A Force4Good®” Business.

MILWAUKEE, WI – June 1, 2015 – Brenda Schubach, Founder and Executive Director of I Am a Force4Good®, a human interest company creating opportunities for women around the world recently posted a new article on her website entitled, “Making a Business Out of Passion & Insight.” She likens getting into business like baking a cake saying, “All you have to do is follow the recipe.”

Making a Business Out of Passion & Insight

Schubach advises, “Step back, take a breath and think about these questions.”  She asks readers, “When considering starting a business do you think about how you want to build it? Do you have a desire to build one that represents the best in you? Are you thinking of the kind of business that will highlight your expertise and become a business you can be proud of?”

According to Schubach, “All too often people jump in to businesses expecting to make quick sales and have instant success. When that doesn’t happen, when the results are not immediate, most people become depressed and quit.”  “Maybe,” says Schubach, “this is why 90% of businesses fail in their 1st year.”

Regarding the business model she has launched, Schubach writes, “Starting an “I am a Force4Good®” business is like making a delicious cake. It is a blend of many ingredients that, when well combined and baked at the right temperature will hit the spot. Add a little frosting and take one large bite.” She adds, “The taste treats your palate to a soft, moist feeling and your lips glisten with the buttermilk frosting. Careful, don’t get any on the tip of your nose!”
