Entrepreneur, Deb Shapiro, Signs Publishing Deal With CelebrityPress^® To Co-Author Mastering the Art of Success

Business Growth Specialist, Deb Shapiro, will team up with other leading entrepreneurs and professionals, including Best-Selling Author^® Jack Canfield, to release the new book, Mastering the Art of Success.

Key Largo, FL – April 6, 2017 – Business Consultant and Entrepreneur Deb Shapiro has helped grow businesses in multiple industries. Shapiro has extended her influence by joining a select group of experts and professionals to co-write the forthcoming book titled Mastering the Art of Success. She recently signed a publishing deal to contribute her expertise to the new book, which also features content from world-renowned entrepreneur, professional speaker, and Best-Selling Author^® Jack Canfield, originator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul^® series. The book will be released under the CelebrityPress^® LLC imprint, a leading business book publisher that publishes books from Thoughtleaders^® around the world.

Mastering the Art of Success is tentatively scheduled for release in summer 2017.

A portion of the royalties earned from Mastering the Art of Success will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating awareness for charitable causes.

About Deb Shapiro:

Deb Shapiro is a lifelong entrepreneur who has created many businesses.

She graduated from Ball State University, with a degree in fine arts. Her artistry, creativity and attention to detail, have shaped her many achievements, beginning with a successful jewelry business, in 1976.

In 1980, she increased the “bottom line” of Quiescence Diving, in the Florida Keys; by adding retail sales to a shop that, until that time, only sold scuba diving trips. Quiescence Diving, because of her vision, is still thriving today.

Deb co-founded Dockside Mart in 1982. This successful retail business operated for 34 years, until it was recently sold. This kind of longevity is rare in the world of small retail businesses! She is currently working with the new owner in order to assure her success.

During its long history, other businesses were “spun-off” from Dockside Mart.

• “A Taste of the Keys” Key Lime Cake, In 1991, she received “Top Honor” for Specialty Food Packaging and “Honors” for her Miniature Gift Basket Cakes, from the International Fancy Food Show, in New York City. Her Key Lime Cake was featured in “Flour” magazine and in the “National Association for the Specialty Food” trade magazine, January 1994.

• “Dockside Cakes” She expanded the product line, and sold it in 1998. You can still purchases the cakes at docksidemarket.com and through “QVC” before Christmas each year.

• “Deb Shapiro Interiors” For 15 years she has successfully worked with homeowners, architects and builders creating beautiful and highly functional interior designs. She continues to expand and grow this business.

Additionally, Deb has been instrumental in helping others achieve their dreams. Eric Kessler, a trained chef and his wife Stephanie, a national “natural” body builder champion now work with clients in their homes throughout the United States, and in their Personal Training Center, and Healthy Eating Cafe.

Through Deb’s encouragement, persistent efforts and guidance, Mead Mechanical, LLC is now one of the top HVAC companies in the Florida Keys. Their client list includes a national telephone company.

In 2005, Deb served as co-chairman on the building committee, for The Art League in Key Largo, FL. This three year project resulted in a facility that is not only beautiful and creative in its design, it is highly functional, and home to over 600 members.

Deb was invited to exhibit her collection of oil paintings, “Los Colores del Paraiso”, (The Colors of Paradise) at the before mentioned Art League, in February of 2011.

Deb’s newest projects revolve around using technology to help others achieve their goals and dreams, about which, you can read in her chapter titled “Success in the Palm of Your Hand.”
