Premed Consulting Expert, Dr. Paul Toote, is set to give a “Premed Insights 101” presentation to North McKinney High School Students about what it takes to successfully prepare for the medical school application and admissions process.

McKinney, Tex. – January 25, 2011 – Dr. Paul Toote, D.O., a top-level emergency medicine physician and founder of National Premed Consulting, is set to speak to North McKinney High School students on January 27th about the medical school admissions process.

During Dr. Toote’s visit he will be speaking during two different sessions.  Each will consist of a 30-minute presentation followed by a 20-minute question and answer session. Dr. Toote will speak with the students about medical school acceptance statistics, the ins and outs of the medical school admissions process as well as what it takes to become a physician. The primary objective of National Premed Consulting, founded by Dr. Paul Toote in 2010, is to help those who wish to become doctors succeed in the increasingly difficult and incredibly competitive medical schools admission process.

About Dr. Paul Toote:

Dr. Paul Toote became a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001, after graduating from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, where he was both a class president as well as Graduation Class Dinner Speaker.  He was certified as an Emergency Medicine Physician by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine in 2009 and was also the recipient of the Highest Achievement Award from the Dale Carnegie Effective Communications and Human Relations Course.

While serving as an Emergency Medicine Physician at leading hospitals and medical centers in communities all across Texas, including Corpus Christi, Amarillo, San Antonio, the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Paris, Dr. Toote found he was energized by coaching trained residents and medical school students and helping them reach their professional goals.
