Orlando, Fla. –October 25, 2012 – Dr. Joe Guros, owner of Fort Dental Care, has joined a select group of America’s leading dental experts, along with noted dental marketing expert, Chris Griffin, to co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Healthy Input: America’s Leading Dentists Reveal the Secret Truths to a Healthy Body, Starting with What You Put in Your Mouth! ”  Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Nearly obsessed with constant improvement of patient care he spends most of his free time continuing his dental education. He spends almost every free minute reading about new techniques and improving patient care skills. He has built his dental practice based on patient comfort.

His post graduate education include Functional orthodontics, Invisalign certification, membership in the international Association of Mini Dental Implant dentists, certification in neuromuscular occlusion, and countless dental seminars that earned him the Wisconsin Dental Association Continuing Education Award.

Most recently he became one of the first dentists to obtain Wisconsin state certification to administer conscious sedation enterally.

“Healthy Input” features top advice and practices from the leading dental experts from across the globes that are on the cutting-edge of their profession. The authors cover a variety of topics including, routine care and maintenance of our teeth and gums, orthodontics, conscious sedation, use of lasers for dental treatment, and the maintenance of our smiles. The book is expected to be published in early 2013.

About Dr. Joe Guros:

From working on weekends at 14 years of age, unloading grocery trucks in East Chicago, Indiana to railroad yard work in south Chicago, to working above the iron melting pots in Gary, Indiana’s steel mills, Joe had developed a strong work ethic and realized early on what an education can do for a person.

Making the switch from manual labor to intense study he graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Three years later he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was inducted into the OKU dental honor society while in dental school.
