Dr. Brett Silverman, reconstructive dental expert, will team with CelebrityPress, a leading book publishing company, and several leading real estate experts from around the country to release the book, “Healthy Input.”

Alpharetta, Ga. –October 25, 2012 – Dr. Brett Silverman, general and cosmetic dentist, joined a select group of the America’s leading dental experts, along with noted dental marketing expert, Chris Griffin, to co-write the forthcoming book titled, “Healthy Input: Healthy Input: America’s Leading Dentists Reveal the Secret Truths to a Healthy Body, Starting with What You Put in Your Mouth! ”  Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

He served as president of the NHL Team Dentist Association and served as chairperson of the NHL Athletic Mouthguard Committee.

He was the official team dentist for the Atlanta Thrashers hockey team from their inaugural season in 1999 until their recent relocation to Winnipeg.  He has served as an attending dentist for the SEC Football, Basketball and Gymnastics, member of the Board of Directors of the National Hockey League Team Dentist Association, as well as local youth sports. He has extensive training and experience treating traumatic injuries and their complex cosmetic rehabilitation.

He has been in private practice since 1996 in Duluth, Georgia as a general and cosmetic dentist with emphasis on implants and full mouth reconstruction cases.  He has professional affiliations with American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, Academy for Sports Dentistry, NHL Team Dentist Association, NHL Team Physicians Association, and the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration.

“Healthy Input” features top advice and practices from the leading dental experts from across the globes that are on the cutting-edge of their profession. The authors cover a variety of topics including, routine care and maintenance of our teeth and gums, orthodontics, conscious sedation, use of lasers for dental treatment, and the maintenance of our smiles. The book is expected to be published in early 2013.

Dr. Brett S. Silverman, DDS, MAGD, attended Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan from 1989-1991 (Received early admission to dental school) and earned his DDS at the University of Detroit, Mercy Dental School, Detroit Michigan in 1995.  He has the distinction of being the youngest member to complete the Masters Program in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) in 2006.
