Steven Nieves will team with several leading real estate experts from across the country to release the new  real estate book “Top Dollar.”

Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX – February 6, 2015 – Steven Nieves, Founder of the Steven Nieves Home Selling Team, has joined a select group of leading real estate experts and entrepreneurs from across the country to co-author the forthcoming book titled, Top Dollar: The World’s Leading Real Estate Experts Reveal Proven Price Strategies So You Can Get Top Dollar for Your Home in Minimum Time! Steven and others will team with noted real estate professionals, members of the National Association of Expert Advisors and business growth strategists, Jay Kinder and Michael Reese, to launch this book later this year.

Steven began his real estate adventure in 1999 becoming a licensed agent in the state of New York and receiving the Rookie of the Year Award his first year. He has shown consistent growth and productivity and managed to maintain an increase in sales even as he transitioned from the New York to the Texas real estate market.

To date, Steven has sold more than 1400 homes and has maintained an average of 85 homes sold per year. In the last five years, his sales volume has totaled more than $140 million and he has sold an average of 135 homes per year. This is nearly a 160% growth, which he accomplished in a turbulent market. He has won multiple real estate awards and become an expert in negotiations, short sells and relocation services.

Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., the leading agents to Celebrity Experts® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ imprint. A portion of the royalties earned from Top Dollar will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes.

Top Dollar is tentatively scheduled for release in Summer 2015.
