Cover Model and Dublin Personal Trainer Darragh Hayes has been confirmed as the new 11 o’clock break “Diet Coke guy” for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Dublin, Ireland – March 13, 2013 – Cover Model and Personal Trainer Darragh Hayes is the owner and director of Cover Model Body Training in Dublin, Ireland. Darragh has been named Mr. Ireland, Mr. International Model, and Mr. Universe Model and trains others to achieve cover body model physiques in only seven weeks.

In celebration of Diet Coke’s® 30^th Birthday, Darragh Hayes has been named the new 11 O’clock Break Diet Coke Man for Coca Cola Europe.  Darragh will be creating an original ad (with some added twists) for the campaign set to start in Dublin on March 11, 2013.  The television ads, sometimes referred to as the “hunk” ads, were first aired in 1994 and will be re-introduced during this campaign to help commemorate the anniversary.

“It is not about the Diet Coke man being an object, it is not a voyeur thing, it is about cultural change, women being equal to men and you can see that.”

Darragh is currently training Def Leppard bassist Rick Savage for his Las Vegas residency in March, and is has just started training himself for the World Bodybuilding Fitness Federation (WBFF) Competition taking place in Las Vegas on August 23-24, 2013.
