Chris Villafano, Author and communications expert, has recently signed a publishing deal with CelebrityPress, a leading fitness book publishing company, along with Matt Furey and other leading health and fitness experts to release the book, The Definitive Guide to Burning Fat and Building Muscle.

Orlando, Fla. – August 25, 2011 – Chris Villafano, author, actor and producer, recently joined a select group of the world’s leading health and fitness entrepreneurs and “The Zen Master of Health & Fitness™”, Matt Furey, to co-write the forthcoming book titled, The Definitive Guide to Burning Fat and Building Muscle. Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ imprint.

The forthcoming book will feature top advice from health, fitness and wellness experts from across the globe on the subjects of total body health, fitness and nutrition. The Definitive Guide to Burning Fat and Building Muscle will offer proven strategies to help people achieve the level of fitness they have always desired.

Chris Villafano is a 2009 college graduate from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Film and a Theatre minor. Chris was a proud member of Student Support Services, Lamar Filmmakers Association, and Fine Arts Film Society. While attending Lamar University, he acquired numerous awards in the Communications department, Student Support Services, and became the first Student Employee of the Year in 2009. Chris is no stranger to publication. Besides being on the Pulse 2008 editorial staff, Chris’s poems, “The Battle of Glutton” and “Tender Soles”, were selected in that publication. He has also worked in the Student Government Association, campus library, radio and TV station.

Outside of Lamar University, Chris has been involved in front and behind the camera either as an actor or Executive Producer. Chris has been an active member of Toastmasters, winning several awards and certificates of completions. In addition to his accomplishments, Chris was the Sergeant at Arms and Vice President of Public Relations, both on two different occasions.
