After living several years as a young military spouse and new mom, Joy and her husband, Colon, moved back home to live and mission in the small fishing communities of Downeast Maine. Joy has been a Registered Nurse for over 35+ years now. She loves babies, sunrises, praise and worship/country music, movie dates, picnics, boating, camping, vacations, and any excuse to gather family and friends to celebrate holidays, milestones, and life. The new mission of icare2Maine is to ‘Build bridges that connect to lasting relationships,’ and the new vision is to ‘Help people feel safe, accepted and loved.’ Her team continues to bring together those who ‘truly’ believe, ‘truly’ care and ‘truly’ want to help make ‘God’s Light Shine Brighter’ in this dimming world! We Will leave a legacy of God-given gifts in our homes, businesses, and communities; that WILL ‘nurture’ the hearts of our people and ‘ignite’ the hearts of our children & grandchildren for multiple generations to come!
