Cleaning Software Creator, Dan Liebrecht, Discusses Whether Cleaning Businesses Should Use Telemarketing

Dan Liebrecht, Co-Founder of Clean Guru LLC, recently published a blog for commercial cleaning and janitorial businesses, providing some reasons why telemarketing should or shouldn’t be used as a marketing tool.

Toledo, OH – October 7, 2010 – Dan Liebrecht is a co-founder of CleanGuru™ LLC, and co-creator of a revolutionary online janitorial bidding software program called CleanBid®.  Dan regularly publishes helpful videos, blogs and articles for cleaning businesses and those just starting a cleaning or janitorial business.

In Dan’s latest helpful blog post, he shares his thoughts on telemarketing and the reasons why janitorial business and commercial cleaning company owners should employ the marketing practice. The blog, titled “Should Janitorial Businesses Use Telemarketing?” explains how janitorial businesses can use telemarketing as a tool for their overall marketing strategy.

Some of the reasons that Dan says janitorial businesses should not use telemarketing include if they are using it to “rescue your cleaning business, get out of having to create powerful marketing messages to tackle your prospects biggest problems or you simply don’t know any other way to get new jobs,” among others.

Some reasons cleaning and janitorial businesses should use telemarketing include “If you’re choosing to use it as simply one of multiple ways to reach your prospect and if you’re choosing to use it as just one part of a real, ongoing, pre-scheduled marketing program.”

In the blog, Dan goes on to describe how established janitorial businesses and those just starting a cleaning or janitorial business, can rely on themselves to be creative with their marketing strategy and only use telemarketing in a way that makes sense and only as a compliment to your entire marketing effort.

Dan writes, “It’s YOU that can design a real, ongoing, pre-scheduled marketing program that can deliver you a steady stream of qualified prospects wanting you to come out and bid on cleaning their building. Telemarketing can’t – but, YOU can.  Telemarketing is simply one tool – and like all tools, it only works well when used for the job it was designed for – no more, no less.”
