Toledo, OH – November 18, 2010 – Clean Guru® LLC is pleased to announce the introduction of a new residential maid service module offering janitorial businesses the ability to bid on an even greater variety of cleaning services using their online bidding software.  This module was added to the CleanBid® Program with the goal of making their bidding program the most user-friendly, online janitorial software available to cleaning companies today.

The original CleanBid® Janitorial Program was created to help with a variety of commercial cleaning and office-cleaning projects where the frequency of cleaning is routine in nature, ranging from seven times per week to one-time.

The new CleanBid® Maid Service Module is designed to help residential cleaning businesses prepare proposals and contracts for maid service programs in homes, apartments or condos.  Members can use the CleanBid® Program to determine prices and create bids for a variety of residential cleaning services including maid services, initial cleaning, deep cleaning or annual cleaning or spring cleaning type projects.
