Toledo, OH – January 7, 2011 – Clean Guru LLC is pleased to announce a list of improvements slated for future updates of their online janitorial bidding and work loading tool – the CleanBid Program, found at CleanBid.net.  The goal of these planned changes is to make it faster and easier than ever before, to create a professional, customized cleaning contract or janitorial proposal.

One planned feature will allow members to print a detailed work task list which can be printed and given to the cleaning staff to use as a guide for scheduled duties each night.  Another improvement being planned would create a more detailed breakdown of overhead expenses on the CleanBid® Program Price Generator page.
In addition, a foreclosure clean-up module is in the planning stages, as well as, a new mobile version of CleanBid.net.

The list of future improvements slated for the program come from talking directly with CleanBid® Members, as well as, their responses to an extensive survey of what features they would most like to see. These new slate of features and improvements for the future have been requested by many members – and are hoped, when made available, to make the CleanBid.net the most user-friendly online janitorial bidding software program available on the market.
