Calgary, Alberta – May 25, 2023 – CEO of Tecbound Technology, Oscar Diaz, was recently a featured guest on Hollywood Live. The show, which filmed in Beverly Hills, CA, by an Emmy Award winning crew, included guests from around the country who shared their expertise and stories of their success.

Oscar is incredibly passionate about technology!

Oscar grew up in Venezuela, when he turned twelve, he bought his first Atari game console and was hooked. These moments inspired him.

Oscar majored in Information Technology Engineering at UNITEC (The Center Technological University in Venezuela). This was the moment that he finally was able to purchase his first computer. After graduating from UNITEC in 2001, he worked at Digitel Corp in Venezuela for ten years. Oscar worked on both the technical side of the aisle and the business operational side. Digitel gave him the fundamentals of how to approach business and customers.

After working with enterprises at Digitel, Oscar emigrated to Calgary, Canada, and began contracting work. Over and over, he saw small businesses were missing key ingredients, not getting what they needed to be protected, and being left in the dark. These business owners were struggling.  Oscar knew that businesses could become more efficient and save money if given the right tools.

In 2011, Oscar launched Tecbound Technology (formerly Diaz IT Consulting) to bring his expertise of enterprise IT practices and solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
