Winter Haven, FL – June 29, 2015 – Dr. Vargas, CEO of Orchid Springs Animal Hospital, has joined a select group of business experts and entrepreneurs from around the world, along with best-selling author and business development expert Jack Canfield to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Soul of Success Vol. 2. Dr. Vargas received her DVM from Tuskeegee University in 1994. In 1996, she established her AAHA accredited Orchid Springs Animal Hospital in Winter Haven, FL. In 2009 she started her studies at Chi Institute, eventually garnering certifications in Acupuncture, Food Therapy and Tui Na. She is an assistant teacher at Chi Institute and a consultant for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. She is also a certified veterinary journalist and has published hundreds of articles including her Sunday newspaper pet care column.

Dr. Vargas is the AVMA Spokesperson for Hispanic market and has recorded many PSA’s and radio interviews promoting responsible pet ownership. Her passion for helping animals and her voluntarism has awarded her state and national recognition.
