Paul is happiest when he is with his wife Jolanta, daughters and grandchildren. After emigrating from the UK in 2007 first to Spain, you can now find Paul either at their smallholding in West Pomerania, Poland, an area of outstanding natural beauty known for forests, lakes and wildlife including rare wild European Bison or on the shores of The Red Sea, Hurghada, Egypt where they also have a home.
When Paul is not keeping busy at work, with his family or playing football, he and Jolanta enjoy growing tomatoes and other food, spending time with their sheep, pony, pigs, chickens and milking their goats for milk and homemade cheese during the very hot Polish summers or relaxing during the winter in Egypt, swimming, snorkeling and where Paul, even at 58 plays football (more slowly nowadays) two or three times a week. Paul is also known for the authentic paella he learned to make while in Spain, he even imports rice from Valencia and saffron from La Mancha.
