The Recipe For Success is tentatively scheduled for release in early Spring 2019.

A portion of the royalties earned from The Recipe For Success will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating awareness for charitable causes.

About Jacqui You

After graduating with a Chemistry degree from Imperial College, University of London, Jacqui You qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Young, now part of EY (formerly Ernst and Young) in the 1980’s.

She trained in the Business Services Group (BSG) which provided support and accounting services to entrepreneurs and fledgling businesses who didn’t have the financial expertise in house–effectively ‘rolling up her shirt sleeves’ to work alongside the business owners.

After qualifying, she then spent some time in the training department, where she had the opportunity to mark exam papers for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) which is the governing body for Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Jacqui then moved to a start-up retail company which operated in several countries – an exhilarating and challenging time, with lots of ‘firefighting’, implementing systems and streamlining the Accounts function when turnover increased from £20k to £2m per year almost overnight.

Seeking a new challenge, she joined her father in his Accountancy Practice, ‘Norman You Chartered Accountants,’ becoming the proprietrix in 1998. She enjoys the diversity of the work and the different ways in which they help, serve and empower their clients – sometimes with their accountancy needs, sometimes in other areas of their lives. . .a truly holistic approach! Many friends and clients refer their children with some clients spanning three generations of the same family.

In 2000, Jacqui spent four months living and travelling in Japan and experimented with being able to manage the Office remotely. Jacqui is also a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and has been involved with Network Marketing since 2007 which introduced her to self-development.

ImpKISS Ltd was created with another Mum from school in 2013 to develop a simple online cashbook. The duo wanted to help more people take away the fear and worry of keeping their accounting records. Their mission is to create a community where people can find knowledge and support from like-minded individuals as they build their businesses. They understand the challenges of developing and growing your business while child rearing, as well as the ‘loneliness of the entrepreneur’.
