Houston, TX – March 4, 2013 – Dennis McGough, business coach and mentor, was recently an expert guest on The Brian Tracy Show.  Best-selling author Brian Tracy, one of the country’s leading business minds, hosts the show that was recently featured on FOX and other major network affiliates across the country.

“The Brian Tracy Show”, filmed in San Diego, California, features an interview format, with Brain Tracy interviewing business leaders and marketing experts from around the world. Dennis McGough was one of Mr. Tracy’s recent guests, discussing how he is helping others to reach their goals and realizing their dreams, both personally and professionally.

Before joining Farmers Insurance, Dennis was a Competitive Market Business Development Manager for Sam’s Club where he recruited, managed, trained and developed thousands of employees and managers. Being mentored by Sam Walton and his team for 17 years has given Dennis a strong sense of vision, passion and purpose. He has started several businesses over the past few years that compliment his district operation. These include a coaching company, digital marketing company and online travel agency. Most recently, he founded Ambassador Outreach Inc., which is a non-profit, pass-through, corporation specializing in the raising of capital to fund the treatment of individuals, struggling from drug and alcohol addiction in the Houston community.

Prior to his current role as a District Manager/Business Coach, Dennis served as a Reserve District Manager, under a Presidents Council District Manager, where he mentored and developed a district of over 40 agents. In addition, Dennis worked on a variety of projects including agency training and recruiting. Dennis brings a track record of success to his district operations and looks forward to helping current and future agents reach their highest potential.
