About Ihsane Bekkaye:

Ihsane was born in Paris and raised in Morocco. She speaks several languages. At the age of one and a half, she chats in French with her parents and in Arabic with her grand-mother. At 3, she has thorough conversations with her school teacher. Even back then, as a little girl, when she speaks, she is listened to.

Ihsane has a degree in Human Resources Management  from the famous Paris Dauphine University. During her corporate life, she had been an HR executive in multinational corporations. Than, as a coach and a facilitator, she worked with major executive teams and people in several countries.

She has a serious education in personal and spiritual growth and has several certifications in Coaching, Team building, Enneagram, Human Element, Radical Collaboration, etc. Her journey has a strong background with the Jung’s psychology.
