Business Coach and Author, Ahmed Abdulbaqi, Provides Insight On Strategic Execution

Best-selling Author and Business Coach, Ahmed Abdulbaqi, defines his use of strategic execution and offers insights into how business owners can deepen their understanding and use of this valuable skill.

Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaDecember 27, 2017 – Ahmed Abdulbaqi, The Growth Coach franchise owner, and co-author of The Art Of Success with Jack Canfield, posted a new article on his company website entitled “Strategic Execution: Bringing a High-Level Plan to Life.” As Mr. Abdulbaqi points out, “I use the word “strategical” to encompass planning and executing high leveraged and high priority activities. Strategical execution is about bringing your plan into existence.”

According to Abdulbaqi, “Unfortunately most business owners do not have the mindset needed to shift from strategic planning to strategic execution. Strategic execution requires a different set of awareness, skills, and abilities than the planning stage.” “During the strategic planning stage,” says Abdulbaqi, “the imagination, intuition and emotional faculties are engaged.” He adds, “But when it comes to strategic execution the inner power of logic must be dominant.”

Adbulbaqi points out the difference between where business owners want to go and how they get there. He states, “Before we delve into what we need for strategic execution, let me clear up a major misunderstanding. There is a huge difference between where we want to arrive and how we get there. Most small business owners confuse the two.”

“The important objective is to focus on the actual achievement of the goal not how you get there,” Abdulbaqi emphasise. “The how isn’t important as long as you are ethical, moral, and legal. The how is the vehicle. The how is not our job. The how is more concerned with God’s plan than our plan.”

According to Abdulbaqi, “Most people get stuck with the vehicle rather than paying attention to the destination and goal in hand.”
