Boca Raton, FL, November 7— Boca Grove Golf & Tennis Club of Boca Raton, FL opened its newly renovated Jim Fazio Designs golf course on Saturday, November 5th.

Fazio, an internationally recognized golf course architect, was among the first to hit a ball on the new course. “I think members will love it,” Fazio said. “The course offers new and interesting challenges for low handicap players and its new length challenges even long hitters. At the same time, the course has been designed to make golf a pleasurable experience for all handicap levels.”

Over 100 Club members participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony and opening day tournament. “The course is absolutely gorgeous!” said Beverly Korn, President of the Women’s Golf Association. “The new rolling fairway and trees make it a brand new experience.”

Work on the course began on April 1^st of this year. Roger Pressman, Green Chairman and Project Manager for the renovation said, “New fairways, bunkers and greens, along with a new irrigation system and infrastructure, make our golf course among the most compelling in the
region.”
